The PB&B Smoothie

The PB&B 
As promised, here is my favorite, HEALTHY, dessert smoothie 
Enjoy it outside on your porch :)

Serves 2-4 people

1 cup greek yogurt
¼ cup peanut butter, no added sugar
1 very ripe banana
¼ tsp almond extract
chia seeds
flax seed
¼ cup light vanilla almond milk, unsweetened
handful of ice

Blend it all up and serve in a fancy-nancy glass like this one
