Back to School Night

Welcome to The Healthy Classroom, room 101.  I am so excited you are present today and I hope to have full attendance from you during this healthy journey we are on together!


Room 101 is a place for you and I to share healthy living tips and tricks.  I have so many to share with you and I can't wait to get started!  I truly believe that changing a few lifestyle habits can make all the difference in how you live your daily life.  As a real-life teacher, I see the difference especially in my kids, and they even agree with me :)

So get your fresh pens and pencils out - how much did you LOVE getting new pens and pencils for school? - raise your hand, and join in the classroom convo!

    After my total knee replacement, I have been going to physical therapy 3 times a week and found that doing just a little exercise every day will help you loose weight and improve eating habits. Your blog will help me continue to do something every day to improve my health. Thanks for starting this blog. I know it will help!!
